With each new Pack Leader USA machine purchase, startup and training is available. Our certified technician will travel to your facility to properly start up the machine and train all your employees. This insures your investment is operating at maximum efficiency. All components are calibrated and fine-tuned to factory specifications.
Service and Repair
We have certified technicians on hand 24/7 to service or repair your existing Pack Leader USA equipment. We can walk through issues by phone, email or web conference. If this does not take care of the issue, our technician will travel to your facility to fix in-person. Pack Leader USA is committed to resolving any issues you may be having.
Pack Leader USA, as well as our authorized distributors, offers our Pack Plus Program to all existing clients. This preventative maintenance program is based on a 50-point machine inspection to ensure your machine is running at optimal efficiency. Pack Leader USA strives to preserve and restore our equipment to keep you focused on your core business.
Continuing Education and Training
In an ever-evolving world, we understand your employees and products may change over time. We offer continuing education and training for new employees to ensure they are fully educated on Pack Leader USA equipment. In addition, if your company has a new labeling project that has not been set up on the existing equipment, we can analyze that it is compatible with your machine. Pack Leader USA technicians can also train on any new equipment set-up. This can be done via web conference or in person by one of our certified technicians.
