Our Startup & Training package add-on is a great support supplement for any new Pack Leader USA equipment purchase. To ensure your equipment is operating properly and at maximum efficiency, we’ll provide a certified technician who will travel to your facility to set it up, calibrate it to your product and line specifications, and train your employees.   

What is Startup & Training?

Once your equipment is purchased and delivered to your facility, but before it's added to your production line, our certified technician will arrive on-site to set up and calibrate your equipment and train your employees on how to use it.

Hands-on training before adding new equipment to your production line allows for greater in-depth instruction and scenario-based troubleshooting versus learning the equipment when it's working in full capacity. Once this is done, we'll help you get your equipment in place then observe the line to ensure it's functioning properly. 

Our team will align schedules so that a technician is at your location as close to delivery time as possible. We understand the cost of downtime, so we'll do our best to get your line up and running as quickly as possible.

Our Startup & Training package has a flat fee based on your equipment model and the distance that our certified technician has to travel to your facility.

How do I pay for and schedule our Startup & Training?

When you are in the process of purchasing your Pack Leader USA equipment, be sure to ask your sales representative about our Startup & Training package add-on. Since the package costs a flat fee based on the equipment model and the distance that our certified technician has to travel, a quote will be generated before being added to your invoice.

From there, a team member will work with you to align schedules so that a technician is at your location as close to delivery time as possible. We'll do our best to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Bear in mind, as arrangements are made, a primary contact at your facility will need to be designated.
